Subscription and billing

MasterAgent offers a free plan to explore the platform, then two paid plans depending on your volume. Payment is processed in FCFA (XOF) through our payment provider.

The plans

  • Free: one WhatsApp number and one agent, limited volume, ideal for testing.
  • Standard: several agents and numbers, comfortable quotas for regular activity.
  • Premium: high volumes, processing priority and extended API limits.

Detailed quotas for each plan are shown on the Pricing page and in the Subscription section of your workspace.

Pay for a plan

  1. 1Choose the plan in the Subscription section.
  2. 2Confirm: an order is created in FCFA with your sign-up identity.
  3. 3Pay through the displayed payment link.
  4. 4The plan activates automatically once the payment is verified.

The annual commitment gives you three months compared with monthly billing.

Exceeding your quota

An alert warns you before the monthly limit is reached. Once the quota is used up, the agent stops replying automatically until renewal or an upgrade; your conversations and data remain intact.
