Getting started
MasterAgent lets a business answer WhatsApp automatically, without writing a single line of code. This first topic walks through the whole journey, from sign-up to the first conversation handled by AI.
1. Create your account
Sign up with an email and password, or directly with a Google account. Provide your first name, last name and company name: this information is used to personalise the agent's replies and to create your customers' orders.
Use a business email address you actually read: quota alerts and payment confirmations are sent there.
2. Guided onboarding
On first login, a short assistant asks about your business: industry, type of customers, preferred tone, response hours. From those answers MasterAgent automatically creates a first agent, already configured and ready to test.

- 4Confirm: the agent is created and appears under Agents.
3. Connect a WhatsApp number
Go to WhatsApp, add an account and choose QR code or pairing code. Once the number is connected, its profile name, picture and phone number appear automatically in your workspace.
The phone that owns the number must stay switched on and online: it is what keeps the WhatsApp session alive.
4. Test the first reply
From another phone, send a message to the connected number. The linked agent receives it, analyses it and replies within seconds. Voice notes are transcribed automatically before processing: your customer can speak, the agent understands.
