Product catalogue
The catalogue feeds the agent's replies: when a customer asks for a price or availability, the agent reads these product sheets. A well-filled catalogue turns the assistant into a real salesperson.
Add a product manually
The form covers the essentials: image, name, description, type or category, price, currency and payment link if you already have one. Images are stored privately and are only accessible from your account.
- Image: 5 MB maximum, square format recommended.
- Description: mention material, size, delivery time and warranty.
- Price: expressed in FCFA for automatically created orders.
- Status: draft or published — only published products are offered by the agent.
Import a file
For a large catalogue, import a JSON or CSV file. Each row is a product; the expected columns are listed in the import dialog. Invalid rows are reported without blocking the rest of the import.
Run a first import with three products to validate the file structure, then import the full catalogue.
Manage the catalogue
The list lets you search, edit, replace an image, publish or unpublish, copy the payment link and delete a product. Deletion asks for confirmation and also removes the stored image file.
