Customers
Every number that exchanges messages with one of your agents becomes a customer in your workspace. This database builds itself, conversation after conversation.
What a record contains
- WhatsApp number and profile name.
- Date of the last exchange and message count.
- Orders created and payment status.
- Internal notes, never visible to the customer.
What it is used for
The agent uses this information to personalise replies and to create an order without asking again for the customer's identity. On your side, the list helps you spot your best customers and follow up on unfinished purchases.
Data and privacy
Customer data belongs to your account: it is isolated and unreachable by other businesses on the platform. You can delete a record at any time, in line with our privacy policy.
