The Settings section covers everything about your account rather than your agents: identity, alerts, security and interface appearance.

Profile

Edit your name and company name. This information is used when creating orders and appears in some agent replies. The account email address cannot be changed from the interface.

Notifications

  • New sale: alert on every paid order.
  • Human handover: alert when the agent asks for a human.
  • Quota alert: warning before your plan runs out.

Security

Change your password regularly from this page. If you sign in with Google, your account security depends on your Google account: enable two-step verification there.

Never share your credentials or API keys. A leaked key allows messages to be sent on your behalf; revoke it immediately if in doubt.

Appearance and language

The interface is available in light and dark themes, and in both French and English. Your choice is stored on your device and applies across the whole platform.
